Joining a Serve Team or getting involved in a Group are the best ways to find your people at VCKC.
First Lunch
VCKC is that church who invites you in, meets you where you are, and loves you enough not to leave you there. First Lunch, held on the first Sunday of each month, is your first step to learning more about the kind of church VCKC is . . . and the kind of church we’re becoming to the glory of God. At First Lunch, you’ll get to know the mission of VCKC, and the ministry areas that serve within the church, throughout the community, and across the world. By attending First Lunch you’ll discover who we are, learn more about who you are, and find out how we can begin to do life and ministry together.
Groups
It’s sometimes easy to get lost in a crowd and stay disconnected. At Vineyard Church Kansas City, we want you to find your group and do life together. Life Groups create an intentional, smaller environment where authentic and transformative biblical community can take place through prayer, the study of God’s Word, community, and serving. It’s in these Life Groups where people experience oneness with God and with one another.
Serve Teams
Often, it’s through serving others that spiritual growth takes off, connections are made, and kingdom impact happens. No matter what your talents or experiences are, we have a place for you!
Events
When we come together for special events and celebrations, we have an opportunity to collectively praise God for all that He’s doing at and through VCKC. There’s always something going on here at Vineyard Church, and we invite you to come join us!
Baptisms and Child Dedications
Baptisms – Accepting Jesus and deciding to follow Him is a decision worthy of celebration! Baptism is an outward sign of the commitment you made in your heart to love, trust, and put your hope in Christ.
Child Dedications – For new parents, we applaud your beautiful step of obedience when you proclaim your commitment to raising your child to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
