STAFF CHILDCARE TEAM LEADER

Vineyard Church is seeking to hire an enthusiastic, warm, and experienced Team Leader for our Staff Childcare. This Team Leader is responsible for the care and management of a class of mixed-age children ranging from 3 months-5 years. They provide a safe, nurturing, community-building, and fun environment that promotes wholistic child development. In serving the staff children, they provide unique opportunities for those children whose parents are
committed in roles at Vineyard. The Lead Teacher will plan and implement engaging activities in alignment with the vision and mission of Vineyard Church, to make more and better disciples.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily class functions of a group of mixed-age children, creating a warm, loving, and nurturing environment that helps them learn and grow
• Develop and implement daily lesson plans and classroom activities that promote wholistic child development and faith development
• Provide activities and opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem solving appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of children
• Maintain an attractive, fun, clean, interactive, and orderly classroom
• Clean and sanitize toys and equipment on a regular basis and oversee any classroom maintenance needs
• Oversee a small team of assistant teachers in a way that promotes a collaborative work environment
• Oversee staffing needs of assistant teachers including call outs, scheduled time off, etc.
• Follow all Vineyard Kids and Vineyard Church procedures and protocol
• Cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, staff, and volunteers
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents, formally and informally, regarding their child’s activities andneeds
• Serve on broader staff team on Sunday mornings
• Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Patient, compassionate, friendly, and energetic disposition
• Knowledge of child growth and development pertaining to children birth-5 years of age
• Ability to inspire children toward a relationship with Jesus
• Ability to work within a classroom of children of diverse ages and abilities
• Passion for personal care and safety of children
• Ability to effectively problem solve and remain calm during stressful times
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and get up and down from a seated position
• Clear background check
• One-year minimum experience in a licensed early childcare facility
• CPR and First-Aid training preferred

STAFF CHILDCARE CLASSROOM ASSISTANT

Vineyard Church is seeking to hire an enthusiastic, warm, and experienced Classroom Assistants for Staff Childcare. These assistants will work in an environment that provides a safe, nurturing, community-building, and fun environment that promotes wholistic child development. In serving the staff children, they provide unique opportunities for those children whose parents are committed in roles at Vineyard.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet the physical needs of children in your care in a hands-on way, including feedings/meals, diaper changes, nap times, and creating an environment that’s physically safe
• Focus on the spiritual needs of children as you lead by example including leading faith-based curriculum and activities and fostering friendships between the children
• Work alongside a team to accomplish childcare goals
• Communicate in a casual and professional manner including conflict resolution on the team
• Maintain ongoing relationships with the families of the children in staff childcare, working with Team Leader when necessary to ensure direct and caring communication
• Maintain an attractive, fun, clean, interactive, and orderly classroom
• Clean and sanitize toys and equipment on a regular basis and oversee any classroom maintenance needs

CONTENT CREATOR

The Content Creator plays a vital role in supporting the vision and communication goals of Vineyard Church through creative visual storytelling and effective digital engagement. This position is responsible for creating compelling visual content across print and digital platforms and managing the church’s social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkTree.

The ideal candidate is both a creative and strategic thinker who can design with excellence, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate in a way that engages our congregation and community. This person must thrive in a collaborative, Christ-centered team culture and be flexible in a fast-paced environment while upholding the church’s mission and brand consistency.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design graphics and visual assets for weekend services, sermon series, events, and ministry promotions.
• Finalize all content for weekend services, including pre-service slides, digital signage, and message-supporting
  visuals.
• Adapt and reformat content for various channels (social media, web, email, print, etc.).
• Create flyers, bulletins, and other collateral for special events and ministry needs.
• Contribute ideas and feedback during team meetings and creative brainstorms.
• Organize and maintain a digital archive of design files and templates.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging creative tools.
• Assist with photography and videography at events and services.
• Produce email headers and related assets for the weekly digital newsletter.
• Stay updated with software and design trends
• Duties including, but not limited to, the above bulleted points.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:

• Manage and maintain all Vineyard Church social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkTree).
• Capture and post real-time content during Sunday services and special events (photos, videos, quotes, etc.).
• Plan and schedule regular social media content that reflects the church’s mission and ministries.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow online engagement and audience reach.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
• Monitor analytics and trends to optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with various ministry leaders to support digital promotion for their events and initiatives.
• Ensure all digital communications align with Vineyard’s brand and values.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Experience managing social media accounts for an organization, church, or nonprofit.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and basic HTML/WordPress is preferred.
• Familiarity with livestreaming, video production, and digital media best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and project prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and contributing creative solutions.
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems.
